We have improved how Data Provisioning agents are displayed in the Administration. Each agent now is displayed with an own tile from where you can see if the agent is connected or not, which version it has, and which adapters have been registered. You can easily register adapters from the tiles.
To use new functionality of an adapter or update the adapter in case of issues that have been fixed in a new agent version, you can now refresh the adapter from the Administration in SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
For more information, see Register Adapters with SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
You now have monitoring capabilities available for the connected Data Provisioning agents. You can proactively become aware of resource shortages on the agent instance (free and used physical memory and swap memory) and get information on the last connection time of the agent.
For more information, see Monitoring Data Provisioning Agent in SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
SQL or Graphical views can now be set up as persistent: as they are saved locally, data is accessible much more quickly. From the new tab View Persistency Monitor in the Data Integration Monitor, you add and monitor the persistent views and keep control on data sizing and memory space.
For more information, see Adding and Monitoring Persistent Views.
Each time you run tasks on tables in the Remote Table Monitor, logs are created. From the Administration area, you can monitor the log sizes on your tenant and delete the ones that are no longer needed to release storage space.
For more information, see Cleaning Up Task Logs to Reduce Storage Consumption.
In the Graphical View Builder, you can perform SUM, COUNT, MIN, and MAX calculations with the Aggregation node. You group by any non-aggregated columns and can optionally filter by specifying a HAVING clause.
For more information, see Aggregating Data.
