SAP HANA Cloud empowers your organization to build data-driven solutions by leveraging cloud-native scalability, speed, and performance. Create business-ready information by connecting to all your data through a single gateway, while enabling security, privacy, and anonymization with proven enterprise reliability.

SAP HANA Cloud uses an innovative capacity-unit-based pricing model. This means organizations can now define the size and specific services of their instance, while only paying for the capacity they actually need, when they need it In addition, SAP HANA Cloud provides the flexibility of sharing capacity units subscribed among all SAP HANA Cloud instances and SAP Cloud Platform Spaces, as needed.

Get started now in three easy steps:

Step One – Choose Your System Configuration

Click here to go to the Capacity Unit Estimator to choose your configuration in one of the three easy options:

  • Pre-Configured: If you are new to SAP HANA systems and want to try out the new offer for your new project, there are three pre-configured systems to choose from based on preset data sizes.
  • Data Size: If you know how much data you require, simply choose how much hot, warm, and cold storage according to your specific needs.
  • Custom: If you have extensive SAP HANA experience, you can customize every single metric, including HANA vCPU, HANA memory, HANA storage, HANA backup storage, Data Lake compute, Data Lake storage, and network.

Step Two – Make the Purchase

Once you have your system configuration determined, the estimator tool will show you the total capacity units needed per month. Please reach out to your SAP AE to make the purchase. You can choose from either a subscription or consumption-based license model (CPEA). Click here to understand more about CPEA.

Step Three – Provision Your System

Once the contract is signed, you will get an SCP global account. After setting up your SAP Cloud Platform subaccounts and spaces, you will be able to add the SAP HANA Cloud service to your selected Spaces. The final step is to then create your SAP HANA Cloud instances as needed.
